Mark Lee Levine is a full professor at the Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management at the Daniels College of Business. He has been a real estate broker, attorney, investor and professor for more than 45 years, lecturing throughout the U.S. and internationally. He is a four-time Fulbright Scholar to China (twice), UAE, and Israel, has written 56 books (including new editions) and more than 300 articles. He has been at the University of Denver for more than 45 years. Levine practices law and real estate; he has traveled as an international delegation leader to over 130 countries throughout the world. He is one of the foremost experts in the U.S. on American and international real estate.

The purpose of this site is to keep you updated on weekly real estate and tax tips, new publications, and general updates from Dr. Levine, as well as additional resources that he provides.

The Global Real Estate Project is an undertaking of the Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business, and directed by Dr. Mark Lee Levine, Professor and Endowed Chair. Our goal is to provide students, investors, and the general public with the tools they need to research real estate opportunities both domestic and abroad.
